Speaker: Anne Gray, Wanted a quick sale after her buyer pulled out
Please can you tell us about your experience with House Buyer Bureau.
Anne Gray: Hi. I chose House Buyer Bureau because I wanted, um, a quick sale. Um, I spoke to them. They offered me the price that I wanted. Um, within an hour, we had a contract written up and signed. Um, and then all systems were go! Um, I heard from them telling me exactly what would happen. They got in touch with the solicitors. The solicitors phoned me up, told me exactly what was happening and what I would need to produce. Um, which was very, very easy. Um, they then done a house survey. Took just about an hour. Um, and within 14 days the whole contract was complete. And I had the money in my bank. They were very professional. They done everything they said when it was going to be done, how it was going to be done, and I can't, couldn't have asked for any more. Um, all I can say is, thank you very much. And I had a great time, um, working with them and got exactly what I wanted. And hopefully everybody is now happy.
