Adam: So we needed to move quickly and we were moving for work. The commute was 5 or 6 hours and getting impossible, and you know it was late in the season. It wasn't the right season for us to put the house on the market and to be honest with the dogs, we didn't want to have lots of people visiting the house and walking through and especially in the winter. Uh, so we did some research and found that House Buyer Bureau were recommended, um. Went through the process with Dorothy, had, you know, a couple of options to sell and decided to go with Dorothy and HBB as Emma and I referred to them. And then very quickly received an offer, uh, and then were moved on to working with one of Dorothy's colleagues, so with Kerrie, and we had Christmas in the way. Christmas was in the middle, unfortunately, and so we had just like a slight delay, but I think end to end, it was about I wanna say 10 weeks, maybe, maybe slightly less but yeah, I think 10 weeks, which is incredible for a house sale, um, so it's enabled us to move down to the southwest from the Midlands, um, so now I'm so much closer to work and yeah, Brilliant process, um. Used HBB's recommended solicitors who were really good, um, yeah, couldn't really fault it, couldn't fault it at all.
