Can you please introduce yourself, say a bit about your current role and how long you've worked in 'property'?
Dorothy Barker: I'm Dorothy. I'm one of the buyers here. I explain how we work and I talk you through the offers. I've worked in property for over 20 years now and I've worked here for just over 10 years.

What advice would you give to someone looking to sell their property to a 'quick-sale' company?
Dorothy Barker: Make sure you're dealing with an honest company Check their reviews, asked them for proof of funding which will show that they have the money. Generally, a real cash buying company will pay about 20% below what a property would actually sell for on the open market.
