Mark: Hello. My name is Mark, I'm just leaving this brief recording just to pass on my experience with using House Buyer Bureau.

Tim: Hi, everyone. My name's Tim Hart. I'm just currently sat in the living room of my new house,
Anne : Hi. I chose House Buyer Bureau because I wanted a quick sale.
Tim: The process is basically fairly straightforward, House Buyer Bureau, are very communicative, very easy to get in touch with Suzanne and Kerrie. Extremely helpful all the way through the process.
Mark: I dealt with Dorothy Barker and Kerrie Walters who were both lovely. Uh, they're really friendly. Uh, there was never any pressure to, you know, accept the offer.
Anne : They offered me the price that I wanted.
Anne : I heard from them telling me exactly what would happen. They got in touch with the solicitors. The solicitors phoned me up, told me exactly what was happening and what I would need to produce. Um, which was very, very easy.
David: So I say the the the whole process via Dorothy and Kerrie has been very good and, um, very informative and, very, very, very, very fair.
Mark: And, as As I said, a pleasure to deal with really no complaints whatsoever. Explain everything. Uh, really well, kept me updated at all points and seemed genuinely interested in my circumstances and making it fit with my needs.
Anne : And within 14 days the whole contract was complete. And I had the money in my bank.
David: I can't fault you guys. You've actually been very good and taken a lot of the hassle out of the whole process.
Tim: It has major major benefits, and I would strongly suggest that if you want to move and you've got a property eyed up and you don't want to let it slip away, it's certainly very much worth considering.
Anne : They were very professional. They done everything they said when it was going to be done, how it was going to be done, and I can't. Couldn't have asked for more. All I can say is thank you very much.

Mark: So the whole process couldn't rate more highly. And I'd have no qualms recommending House Buyer Bureau to anybody looking to sell the house quickly.
