What can you tell us about database growth in North America based on the report?
Rhocelli Wright: 2023 was a big year for North American hoteliers and growing your databases. Not only the North American hoteliers have the highest increase in guest records, a whopping 29% over 2022 which also surpassed the global growth rate. This growth is a promising sign that hoteliers are prioritizing guest data and embracing digital innovation with data focused marketing tactics, whether it's using guest data capture tools such as a Wi Fi landing page, requesting guest emails for email marketing or improving lead form management and reservation sales to capture guest information from the voice channel.
Why is database growth important for hoteliers?
