Why are you passionate about promoting Diversity and Inclusion at Honeywell?
Bethan Mitchell: I'm passionate about promoting inclusion and diversity at Honeywell because not only is it an important thing to do, it's the right thing to do as a company, we have so much to benefit from, from embracing diversity. And this starts with inclusion, the more inclusive we can be, the more we will attract a diverse demographic of workforce. And that way we can really benefit from everything that diversity brings.

Bethan Mitchell: I'm really excited to be part of the new caregivers work stream, which is part of the all abilities network. This work stream aims to provide support, information and ally ship to those at Honeywell who are also caregivers outside of work.
