What do you value about your relationship with Honeywell?

Matt Perkins: What? So the relationship is really valuable to us as I guess we're both bringing different components uh to the table for our client. Uh They also have the technical expertise, uh the national footprint, which is able to bring in many resources, uh which is evident with our, our DTO team uh and vice versa, we're able to then talk to defense and, and pass on the information to them about what, you know, what's, what's out there in the market and what's available as far as technology goes and, and work together with uh with the teams to get the best product and the best outcome from the client.

What does a good service business experience look like to you?

Matt Perkins: Uh good business service for us is the, I guess the trust is, is one of the key um trust and communication uh which is a two way street uh innovation and sustainability, not only sustainable from an environmental point but from a uh an ongoing upkeep of the systems that we're putting in uh for uh particularly around value and, and cost of the upkeep of those systems. Um And, and so longevity of those systems is really important. Um There's a, a an extensive amount of equipment across the defense estate and as much uh value we can offer with those systems is, is great for the client.

How could Honeywell better serve your business’ needs?

Matt Perkins: Uh so, so far it's, everything's going so well that, um I guess what we'd like to see is there's an ongoing commitment to that both in uh the resources and the um the dedication to the program. Uh and, you know, ideal world that will grow into future works and an expansion of the uh the current project that we're on and then future programs for defense in the future.
