Chris Jones: From the LNG and midstream vertical. I'm incredibly excited to announce Miguel Monroy as a recipient of the Create and innovate Value Award. Miguel earned this award by demonstrating exemplary performance in the area of market development in markets where we do not have a relationship. In nine of the top 10 accounts, he did an amazing job of reaching out and meeting new customers through industry associations.

Nisha Lathif: I'm very excited to present the innovate and create award for the upstream oil and gas vertical to Vinod Kumar Rajamanicham We chose Vinod to receive this award because of his innovative idea to redefine the SCADA system with an integrated optimized and digitization value chain for our customers. Developing a new market segment for us within the vertical for 2024. Well done, Vinod.

Michael Kennelly: I am very pleased to announce the winner of the vertical award for Sheet manufacturing and Giga Factory. It is Sidnei Coimbra from the Latin American sales team, Sidnei together with the entire sheet manufacturing team in Latin America have delivered another great year for sheet manufacturing beating the AOP by more than 20%. This is a great result and it is now several years in a row that Sidnei has over delivered on AOP What makes this year particularly sweet is that at the mid-year point, the Goal looked hard to reach, but Sidnei was unwavering in his focus and traveled the length and bright of Latin America, visiting customers in support of the account managers to turn the situation around. Sidnei, Many thanks for your great efforts in delivering another strong year for sheet manufacturing in Latin America.

Sarang Gadre: I'm very excited to present the innovate and create award for the infrastructure and new energy vertical to Manny Lopez Garcia Manny Lopez Garcia from the America sales team. We chose Manny to receive this award because of his role in booking the first BESS order of 2023. This opportunity was for the customer in Guyana where Manny played a significant role in bringing the cross vertical solution together, which included BESS traditional solution, telecom and fire and gas. The value of BESS order was $16.5 million. While the total cross vertical opportunity was close to $30 million we are up against a very strong competition from traditional and new players who offered additional scope beyond BESS But Manny strategically used various team members including our executive leadership engagement to convince the customer of the benefits of our solution. Congratulations Manny. Very glad to have you as a part of the team.

Tathagata Basu: Hi, I'm very excited to present the innovate and create award for the refining and downstream vertical to Ralph mccloskey. We chose Ralph to receive this award for his outstanding efforts and support in developing the experion solution suite modules for the UOP licensed units like EcoFining, C3 Oleflex, ethanol to jet, aromatics, and NAFTA complexes. In collaboration with UOP He was instrumental in developing a fully integrated automation package with prebuilt graphics critical loops, alarm configurations, PAD tuning parameters, cause and effects and also a simulation model in the background. And there are many more such modules planned for 2024. With his leadership We also now have a fully functional demo system on the VEP which can be used by any sales engineer or consultants to demonstrate to our customers our ESS offerings and deliver a strong message about the HPS-UOP synergies that drive a unique advantage in the market. EXPERION solution suite software packages drive accelerated execution delivers projects with reduced risks and day one readiness for our customers. Over the last year, we were able to generate a significant interest and opportunity pipeline of EXPERION solution suite modules for different process units which will convert into orders in 2024. And beyond. An example being the BP Daedalus sustainable aviation fuels program. This award is a token of appreciation to Ralph for being a fantastic engineer for the last many years, but especially over the last year and I wish him all the very best for the future.

Shawn Opatka: It is my pleasure to give the award for innovate and create value for customers in the life science. Vertical to Rahul De, an engineering manager and product owner. with his curiosity and problem solving mindset, Rahul provides exceptional customer experience to both end users and his internal customers within Honeywell. Rahul often leads voice of the customer meetings and supports the vertical sales and marketing teams with his innovative ideas to solve our customers toughest problems. Most recently, Rahul has helped the Life science team launch and win our first multisite MXP programs. Congratulations Rahul and thanks for all that. You do.

Jose Mata: Hi, I would like to congratulate Claudio Zamora, who is our mining program director at Kairos in Chile for winning this MMM high performance team award in 2023. First of all, Claudio has been very important in this operation at Kairos where we have achieved a safety record of 11 years and 3.5 million hours without accidents, which is very important in the Mining industry. Second, Claudio has been keeping this long-term relationship with Codelco and we are about to develop $16 million of contracts during the next three years. On top of this, we are growing outside Codelco. We have recently won several contracts with BHP Escondida and BHP Spence for $13 million and this is basically coming from reputation, customer satisfaction and integrity in the business.
