Rachel Coddington: I can't overstate how simple it's been for me as the admin and how supported I felt through the process. I also have gotten nothing but positive feedback from all of my leaders about the training. People are genuinely excited to do it, which in this day and age of the virtual world is really saying something when people are like "I love these trainings, I can't wait to do them!" Like 'What?' That's not that's not typical for that kind of thing. Usually people feel these that these things are a burden or they're inconvenient. But I have had nothing but positive feedback. So absolutely.
