Share a memorable story about a Hometap homeowner. How did they find hometap? What problem were they aiming to solve?
Jimmy Hudson: I recently was able to work with a homeowner who had unfortunately become disabled because of an accident. And so they were needing a way to completely remodel their house with ramps and and hand rails, things like that. And so they were kind of scouring the Internet, looking for the best option for them to make their house more livable now that their life circumstances have changed. And so they were able to not only stay in their home but access that equity without taking on any new debt in order to make their living situation what was necessary in these changing times.
