Laura Meza: My name is Laura. I am the event coordinator for our Holland America sales team. I've been with this company roughly 13 to 14 years. It's kind of hard to count these days. Um, I've started with princess, I've done fathom, I've done Holland America group and now I'm here with just Holland America.

Laura Meza: My favorite part of working with Holland America, it may sound a bit trite, but I do love the team, the people. We've got a really great group and the culture is changing post pandemic and, and turning into something that's really fun and fresh and innovative and exciting to be a part of. And I think that's probably my favorite thing is to just meet all the new people and see Holland America through their eyes.

Laura Meza: so one of the lesser known facts about me um is that I really like to play. Um I really like to play video games. I'm terrible at it. I don't have the hand eye coordination of a 10 year old and it shows. Um but I really, really like it. I got into it really badly during the pandemic because you know, there wasn't a lot to do and my kid wasn't playing with her Xbox, so I started playing with it, I love this and I started playing assassin's creed. Um That's my game of choice. I found other RPG games that role playing games that I that I really like, but assassin's creed is the one that I've really gotten into the franchise probably more than is healthy. And I told my youngest that from now on what I'm gonna do is I'm gonna stay bad, I don't think I'll ever really get good at it, but I really enjoy it. And so when I retire I'm going to start its twitch channel. My game is gonna be like granny gamer and I'll be sitting there, you know, all gray hair and arthritic and playing terribly and uh you know, screaming at the screen and I think that's gonna be pretty big, fairly certain I'll be famous, but it's something that I love to do and I don't talk about it all that much because it's a little embarrassing. I got into it at such a late age and I'm kind of terrible at it, but I like it, I like it a lot, so that's something that would probably be one of the least known facts about me.
