Joseluis: Hello, this is uh my name Jose Luis, my last name Gonzalez and I'm talking to you guys from, from Houston, Texas. Um And why I think this is a good question. sometimes we have to think about why we're taking this step, right? I'm taking the Enrolled Agent which is the the preparation, the exam that IRS require to be a certified. So, and I'm taking this one mainly because in United States here, everything is a certification and you need a paper, you need to, to prove that you are good on that one. Also the, the IRS, the system I think is very good because the system, once you get the certification, you have to commit with some hours in, one year and three year, which is a more or less a certification. But I push you to, to be on the top of it, what's going on with the tax regulation This is one of the things basically certification knowledge to be updated with the administration, tax administration and the other one probably could be, you know, better income. I think the difference between a qualified Enrolled Agent and not qualified Enrolled agent. I mean, salary wise is, give you a little bit more extra cash and I think the number three or four is respect uh and looking from some respect from, you know, this crazy environment, the new world is changing a lot. So and once you have certification, ... and, and you have experience that probably give you another flavor. How can you, know, move around this uh crazy economy. So everything is good but sometimes it could be bad. I mean for a challenge because you know, as a non native speaker. So, when you go to those exams, i it's a little bit tricky how you understand the, the sentence but this is part of HOCK probably provide us a good feedback. How can we be better prepared for those exams Hope that this video uh satisfy you and help you to be to another step. Thank you. Bye.
