Daria Fedechkina: Hello, my name is Daria and I'm a finance professional with 20 years of operational experience. Over the past several years, I've witnessed a significant change in the finance profession. It has evolved to focus more on the strategic partnering, strategic insight, business partnering, rather than number crunching. And with the further advancement of the new technologies, artificial intelligence chat GPT, machine learning and so on and so forth, we need to upskill ourselves just to be relevant to the new qualities and new skill sets required in the field. I don't want to be left behind in the profession which, which I like which I'm passionate about. And that's why I've decided to continue my education and to pursue a CSCA, designation. It's already a great motivator for me because well, it pushes me studying during the weekends during vacations. because I want to stay in this profession and I want to stay relevant, I want to be relevant with the skill set which will be up to date and in the, in the landscape of finance, which is so evolving, so rapidly evolving and will be, will be evolving, evolving even more. So that's my motivation, that's my motto
