Ivan Calil: Hello RMCC team and happy 20th anniversary! What an outstanding accomplishment. I am so proud of all of you no matter how long you've been on this journey with us. As I think back throughout the years, the constant secret sauce of our success has been all of you; the best in class talent and the results that all of you keep driving for all of our hotels. It's just incredible to see the number of people that started this journey with us. How many of today's leaders across Hilton, across our hotels even here in the RMCC began just like many of you in entry level roles, learning about revenue management and the discipline. Today's RMCC looks very different from when I first started here back in 2008 as a revenue analyst where we had probably no more than 150 hotels and about 60 or 70 team members. And the growth we have experienced is a true testament to the amazing work and the importance of everything that all of you do. To borrow from our CEO this golden age of travel, this golden age of hospitality. And this amazing journey that Hilton has been on is intimately linked to the RMCC and the outsized return that all of you have driven to our hotels, our owners, and the brands. The impact you have all made, not just in our hotels, but in our communities, in people's careers in our company and our industry, not only makes me incredibly proud to be associated with such a high performing group, but proud to know that all of you have made Hilton a better place. So thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you for all the hard work. Thank you for all of your dedication. Thank you for all of the years that you have given to this mission of, of ours. And I am so excited. I am so excited about our future and this next chapter in our journey and what's still in store for us. And I cannot wait to celebrate many, many more anniversaries with all of you. So, thank you.
Chris Wilroy : Congratulations RMCC team on 20 years. I can't believe it's been that long and I can't tell you how proud I am to have been involved in the RMCC nearly every step of the way. I am thrilled at the progress that we've made and the impact that we have on the business as well as so many careers and lives of team members within and around Hilton today. The RMCC is a driving force of performance. It sets the bar for our team's culture, and it is an exporter of talent across Hilton. I am incredibly proud of all of those facts and I hope you are as well. Congratulations on 20 years. It's unbelievable.
