Tell us about a roadblock or problem you have faced, and how we have helped you solution for that.
Briana Pickett: A time where LMS actually, helped me fix. The little situation was when I needed to pull pick up numbers in R&I, and I'm, I'm new to the Hilton about two years in now, but I was, I'm new to R&I I just recently got certified like a few months ago. So when, at that time I was still new to it and I could not figure out how to pull the pick up numbers for a group and my specialist at the time. Um, she not only guided me through it, she sent me screenshots and step-by-step process that I still have now posted on my wall of how to pull the pickup report. She didn't have to do it. Um, but she did and it's extremely helpful.
What do you value most about your partnership with us, what stands out? Feel free to shout out your revenue professional!
Briana Pickett: What I value most about our partnership with LMS is the fact that they are extremely responsive and reliable. And when they, I know that when they deal directly with the clients that it's professional and they mimic how I would respond and I appreciate that. So the client really doesn't even know that they're virtual and I'm the only one at the hotel. So unless we like have to go down and explain it to them, but it seems like we're all just one cohesive team to the client, which is important to me. And I do want to shout out my specialist, I've had several. Um But let's just shout it out from Vivian Bejarano sorry if I got your last name wrong. Um Courtney Payne, Shamiya Sinclair. And then most recently Christina Kim, all four of them had different styles, but all of them were very professional, um very kind and I just hope that they all do well and go further on in their career because they're great, great people.
How has the RMCC supported your ability to ignite the light and warmth of hospitality?
Briana Pickett: By RMCC assisting with responding to leads. It takes a lot off of my plate. So I'm able to be more, connect more to the guest and not just be in such a hurry and feel behind all the time. So it's extremely helpful. That's how like I'm able to be light and warm um with the guests and the clients.
