Tell us about a roadblock or problem you have faced, and how we have helped you solution for that.
Alyssa Romano: While our hotel hasn't really run into many roadblocks over the years. RMCC is always available to us to make last minute changes. in regard to rate changes, overbooking, length of stay patterns and things of that nature.
What do you value most about your partnership with us, what stands out?
Alyssa Romano: The general support of an RMCC representative is likely the most valuable thing to me creating a connection with the person who's gonna be responsible for our hotel for the foreseeable future is incredibly important. Knowing that getting on a call and being able to have open conversations is also very important.
How has the RMCC supported your ability to ignite the light and warmth of hospitality?
Alyssa Romano: RMCC allows us to ignite the light and warmth of hospitality by giving us the opportunity to be more present with guest. Getting out from behind our desk, they handle the things behind the scenes that make us more readily available to guests.
