What were the challenges before completing the program?
Enza: Hi, My name's Enza. I'm from Let's Talk admin. I've just completed Steven's financial fitness course, and the reason I took it on for was, uh, I found it very challenging to understand what my cash flow was as well as my budgeting. And once I've done the course, I understand what a cash flow is now and what budgeting is as well as where all my money has been going to, um, Steven's tools, his Excel, spreadsheets and tools, um, were very helpful. So, yeah, really enjoyed the the course for that.
What did you learn from the program?
Enza: The course actually taught me how to look at reports, and understand how to use that information to then apply it to my business. So, then I was able to make better decisions. for the business.
What has now changed since completing the program?
Enza: since finishing the course I've been able to identify issues within the business. I've been able to make changes to those issues as well as identify what's needed within the business, such as software. And also, I'm now more confident with the financial information that I have to hand.
What things in the program did you like?
Enza: What didn't I like about the programme? The programme was so simple that it was designed to suit, any business owner at any level so it could be beginner. Could be intermediate. Could be well advanced. No question was a dumb question, and there was stuff in there that I might have known, but I didn't know, so it was good in that respect. Some of the things that I really enjoyed were the tools that Steven was able to give us. So, we could then create our, own cash flow. Our own, process like budgeting and stuff like that. and forecasting. So, if you think that you know it, but you've still got some little bits and pieces that you're not too sure of, give this course a go!
What would you like included in the program?
Enza: Do I think if there was anything in the course that needed to be added, I'd say no. The course was very informative. Uh, even if some of the things weren't on the course, Steven was able to assist us with our questions. No matter how far fetched they were.
Why did you choose me over other accountants?
Enza: The reason I chose Steven to do this course with is he just isn't your normal bookkeeper and tax consultant. He, actually looks into how my business is going. He actually cares about my business, and he took time out to assist me, with any other questions that I had that weren't involved in the, Financial Fitness course.
How do you feel now you're finished?
Enza: Now that that I've finished the Financial Fitness course. I have a better understanding of my of my finances. I'm more confident. Uh, I know how to manage my business and understanding the cash flow and the budgeting and the forecasting. I now have a better grasp on what happened. Thanks, Steven.
