Emmanuel Ebi: I definitely um a time where Deji was able to assist me? Um in the beginning of my real estate journey. I didn't know much about the real estate space. Um I interacted with Deji. He recommended his course in which I did take and the information, it was pretty impressive. I got to learn more about the real estate, the real estate lingo, however the state work. Um and then less than three months I did require my first property. So you know, just having that source to to until this day I still go back there, you know, as a source for certain information because that course gave me insights to structure in my deals and how this loans work. So you know, just going through that process, I definitely definitely recommend high quality assets and Deji. Um Of course you should definitely look into that and that's been terrific for me in my real estate journey.
How would you explain our work or process to someone who is thinking of doing it?
Emmanuel Ebi: mm. Yeah I would say it's pretty impressive and knowledgeable. Um They do have the resources to cater to different types of people um For you to learn more. Um As long as you really learn it, I definitely recommend them for you. Um The proces is fantastic. They go through all the details with you. If you have any questions, they're reliable source and they do respond in a timely manner and that's the most terrific thing about them. Um Just going through my process and acquired my first problem with remodeling it. There are certain times where I was confused on what to do, I wasn't particularly sure. Um I would reach out to high quality And they will be nothing short of responsive, probably less than 24 hours, maybe sometimes in less than an hour. So it's been pretty fantastic to use them as source of resource to understand more about the market. Just grow my business as a whole. So I definitely recommend high quality assets and Deji. What did you appreciate most about working together?
Emmanuel Ebi: What I appreciate most about DG is he's very knowledgeable about the real estate space, but most of all he cares he cares enough. He's willing to share that knowledge with you. Um Also educate you more. Um I cannot stress the amount of times I've had to reach out to him. Um If I was in a bind the bar situation about real estate and he's always been there for me, so having the current partner a mentor. Um No just just while you're taking the course and learn any something new um having that some form of resource is very very important and for that I do really appreciate um the tickets. Quite frankly, he's been just nothing short of just fantastic in my whole estate journey.
