What was one of your big takeaways from the coaching session?
Nick Scannavino: One takeaway from the coaching session is how knowledgeable the HFLI team is with all things related to design, thinking and it came through in their ability to provide thoughtful and useful feedback on the fly in a way that related specifically to our product.
Share an example of how your thought process or implementation plans have changed as a result of the support you received from HFLI.
Nick Scannavino: So one example was a service blueprint on how users experience our product, and we came in with a lot of pre work and knowledge on our user experience. But the insights from the HFLI But the insights from the HFLI But the insights from the HFLI team really helped us to hone in on certain nuances that helped us to elevate the way that we're visualizing our user experience.
If you were going to recommend a coaching session with HFLI to someone else, what would you say?
Nick Scannavino: So I definitely recommend consulting with HFLI with HFLI with HFLI and one thing that has always stood out to me is their high level of preparedness for every meeting. They show up with a clear agenda, useful materials and a strong command on the subject matter that ultimately results in an efficient and valuable session.
What do you wish HFLI offered you more help with?
Nick Scannavino: So nothing really comes to mind on this one. I didn't really walk away from any of the sessions, feeling like there were big gaps in the information or assistance that was offered by HFLI
Is there anything else you want to share about your experience with the technical assistance you’ve received during the Planning Stage?
Nick Scannavino: So overall, I've been very impressed with the assistance we have received. I've felt like all of the sessions and guidance were valuable, and another thing I'll share is that I really appreciated HFLI's I really appreciated HFLI's desire and willingness to help. It was clear that they are passionate about the work they're doing and really care about helping their stakeholders, which has made it a very pleasurable experience interacting with them.
