Describe one of your peak moments during the Michigan Teacher Retention Design Challenge. Why does it stand out?
Amy Jones: So I really enjoyed this experience. One of the peak moments I would say is getting to know my team better and being a part of something so meaningful.
Describe your team's solution idea to the teacher retention challenge in your school or district. What does success look like?
Amy Jones: I think our team solution is going to be sensational. I think we might get some pushback. But I think that's part of being in the creative process and part of being on a team and just realizing that that's just normal, but I'm excited to bring this back.
If you were going to recommend the Michigan Teacher Retention Design Challenge workshop, what would you say to encourage others to attend?
Amy Jones: I would, I would say hold on to your horses. This workshop was amazing but your brain is going to hurt afterwards, but you're gonna have amazing results. So it's worth it.
