Hello and welcome to the Secure Hope training video number one, setting up your organization today, You log in each time you log in. You'll come into your cases today. We're gonna work under the organizational tab under my organization. You'll see what has already been established by Secure Hope. When we set up your organization. Today, what you'll do is edit out certain items. Your website must have the www. What we want you to remember is that these addresses are what if you have the gold or silver package? This address is what will show up as your contact information on your application portal for your clients. So this will be the address that you wish them the same, whether you want them to have a mailing address or your actual physical address. What is the email that you wish them to use to send documents or to communicate with your organization and the phone number you want them to call if they have any questions or following up on their requests, your primary contact and the secondary contact are used for Secure. So these are the two people that will deal directly with uh billing issues or if you have somebody that wishes to uh call in and communicate on behalf of or ask questions on behalf of your organization. Those two are your primary and secondary contact. Your primary and secondary admin are separate. These are people who do your active adding and subtracting of your uh users. They will set up the, type of, of user they are, whether they're the admin, whether they're going to be a case manager, your case admin or your case worker. So you need two in order to be part of your emergency succession plan that your organization should have. So it's another way of, of showing that in your audit. The next section is usage, usage shows you and this is not editable by you. What package you have and how many applications you have of your allowed amount, how many network connections you have and how many users you're allowed. The next section is where we want you to edit. So in these, what you'll see is you have the ability to click all of them. So in this uh pick out do you do child decisions, direct financial education? So in the case of direct financial, what services do you provide? Automobile payments, food assistance, storage, gas bills continue on down the list to see if any of these apply to your organization. You provide service equine therapy and these are kind of the things that you may want to keep in mind when you're doing referrals, all of these services are available within the system. So this is your filters. The filters mean that when a referral comes to you, it's going to attempt to prequalify your referral based upon what your clientele must have as minimums. So in the case of you replacing wheelchair ramps, you want to have the client own the house, if they, they have to own the house in order for you to provide your services or if they must all rent or they must all be homeless. Remember, this applies to all of your clients, not some of them, all of them. If it applies, doesn't apply to all of them, just leave that as a no. When you do your zip codes, look at the zip codes that you work in. If you work in only one zip code or if you work in a range of zip codes, if you simply Google US postal zip code maps, it'll allow you to see all of the zip codes that you can put and you can list them individually and just add them or you can say you work in an entire state and you can select as many states as you like on your marital status. Remember this is for all of your clients, all of your clients are required to be married, all of your clients are required to be widowed if it doesn't apply to all of your clients just leave that as a no. Again, on the employment status, if you're all of your clients have to be full time employed or all have to be part time employed or they have to be employed of some kind. You don't work with unemployed people without income. Leave that as a no. If you only work with the military, then you'll click a yes. If you work with civilians and military, just leave that as a no, you will be receiving for the individuals that are military. But if you restrict your clientele to military such as heroes care, we work with not only serving military. So we would click all of the boxes and do you work with veterans? Yes. Again, these are filters that limit not those that you work with. So if you work with civilians and you accept military, leave those as no. The filters are only for what you require of every one of your clients. This last box allows you to change what your client on the your application field. allows you to say to your clients as to what you're needing. So in the case, we can change this to when we save this, we go back over refresh and is now changed to this. You have the ability to edit these fields at any time your criteria changes or any other message that you would like to have your clients understand before making an application in some situations, we at it again. But in the event that your charity does not require the financials to be filled in. Very simply submit the first section and do not complete the financials. So you've now completed step one and your organization is ready to start. Congratulations. We look forward to.
