I want to thank Victoria Hepburn for presenting to the N Y U Mid Career Alumni Network this week. Her presentation on Pressure makes diamonds unlocking empathy and high pressure environments, taught us practical strategies to use empathy and compassion to support yourself and team members, mental and emotional well being without compromising your success plants. We also learned new ways to handle conflicts and difficult conversations and how to promote a workplace culture of empathy and compassion. She was a pleasure to work with. We appreciated her candor and sharing her own personal experiences. We thank her for her insight and time and we hope Victoria will come back to speak to the N Y U community again.
