How did you grow as a leader during this experience?
The youth leadership jam was amazing. One of the things that I take away from it is just being able to be myself, being able to be more confident and sharing ideas and brainstorming and just coming up with different ways to make an impact in our community and things like that. So it really taught me different ways to solve problems and not always going straight to the solution but actually building around it. So that was pretty amazing as well.
