Speaker: Chelli Lundberg
Start by letting us know who you are, what position you are applying, and in what city/state.
Chelli Lundberg: Hi, my name is Shelley Lumbergh. I am applying for the, um, patient experience coordinator and front office staff in the bountiful Utah location.
Why should we hire you?
Chelli Lundberg: I believe I would be a fantastic fit for this because I'm a people person. I love to be around people. I love to be in a fast paced environment. I'm really good at multitasking and I have exceptional customer service skills. Um I'm the type of person that if there is a conflict, I guarantee I can find a solution to where everybody is happy.
What is your greatest accomplishment so far?
Chelli Lundberg: My greatest accomplishment would probably be my Children. Um My husband deployed a lot. He was with the military. So I chose the last 10 years to stay home and raise them. They're all grown now, teenagers and driving. But I would have to say by far they're my favorite. Um And my biggest accomplishment because they've turned out to be well rounded, great respectful Children.
Describe your ‘perfect’ day?
Chelli Lundberg: Describe my perfect day. Well, that's, um, food for thought. I think my perfect day I'd get up, eat breakfast with my kids while the, the ones still living at home, get in my car, drive to an office have a fantastic day where I get to talk to a lot of people and I feel like I contributed to the team, which with whatever I am attempting to do, had a great day helped many people have a fantastic day as well. I drove home, had a good dinner and relaxed with movies with my family.
In the next 3-5 years where do you see yourself personally and professionally. Share as many details as you are comfortable with.
Chelli Lundberg: In the next 3 to 5 years. Personally, I see myself um spending more time with my kids, hopefully soon, 3 to 5 years having a grand baby that I can kind of spoil when she he or she comes around professionally. I'm hoping to be in an office environment where I love my job. I love the people I work with and hopefully somewhere I could stay very long term because that is what I'm looking for.
Who do you think of for; motivation, inspiration and direction? Why
Chelli Lundberg: Who do I think of? When I think for motivation and inspiration, I would have to say my mother, I'm still very close to my mom. Um We talk every day. She always seems to have the solutions. If I'm frustrated, she knows how to fix it, how to cheer me up. She's got great ideas. Pretty much for anything, any problems I arise, she motivates me. I hope that my kids look back at me and I am their person someday. So I'd have to go with. Yes. My mom.
What gives you a sense of Purpose?
Chelli Lundberg: What gives me a sense of purpose, I would have to say for me being valued, um being appreciated, I tend to really, really enjoy being in situations where I am appreciated and I can give that thanks back with all my efforts. So I would definitely say um being appreciated, whether it be in the office setting or by my Children. Just a simple, thank you for doing something so simple for them. But I would say needing to feel valued and appreciated would be my, my gives me the most sense of purpose.
What does success look like to you?
Chelli Lundberg: What does success look like to me? Um Personally, I think success is achieving my goals, getting everything done in the day that I need to be done. Um Professionally, I would say success is not just about the biggest paycheck because that is not as important to me as having a career that I love that um I could stay with long term no matter the pay, something that I just thoroughly enjoy, that would be a very successful career to me, something that I don't drag my feet, getting up to go to work every day, something that I look forward to interacting with all the people.
What would be your top 3 book recommendations regardless of genre and why?
Chelli Lundberg: My top three book recommendations. My go to all time favorite book. Um I really kind of like the self growth books. So bear with me would probably be Outwitting The Devil by Napoleon Hill because it forces you to really look inside and determine what is holding you back or what you're lacking for growth. Uh I also really like The Secrets. Um The Secret Series by Rhonda Byrne. I think The Secret and The Magic. Those would be the three books I would recommend to somebody, especially somebody who wants to grow interpersonally.
