Speaker: Randy
How painful, limiting, or life impacting was your hearing loss or tinnitus before visiting our office?
Randy : Having tinnitus impacted my life, um, physically, emotionally, mentally, my job, my family, loss of sleep, anger, um, very painful, limited me on everything and every aspect of my life.
What are the positive changes in hearing, reduced tinnitus, improved memory, robust relationships you've experienced with treatment?
Randy : Some of the positive changes in my life. Well, the first time I put the hearing aids in my tinnitus was gone. Um, it improved my life from day one. When I left here with the hearing aids, I'm excited to be able to put them on in the morning. Go to work. Enjoy my family, enjoy my life. I can't be any more positive about it than that. That's what it's done for me in one day.
What were your top concerns when deciding to treat your hearing loss?
Randy : Well, one of my top concerns was, can I afford this? Is it worth it? Yes. My life, it's worth it. My family, it's worth it. And I needed to do something about it and I did and I'm so excited so that I did a month ago, put these things in my ear and it changed my life.
How would you describe your treatment experience with Hearing and Brain Centers?
Randy : Well, my treatment experience, I'm back for, uh, my first month, uh, checkup and, uh, my scores are better. My hearing's better. Um, when I put these hearing aids in, in the morning, my tinnitus goes away, I can focus and the treatment is amazing. I mean, I don't know how it affects other people, but for me, the first few seconds that I put them in my life changed.
How important was Dr. Darrow's book and pre-education to your treatment journey?
Randy : I think going in before the first appointment is very important that you understand what's going to happen, what, what they're looking for, what you need to fix the problem and uh pre education, uh it's very important and I pray and hope that you, when you get the book, you read it and go on this journey with us.
What is the #1 thing you would tell friends or family who struggle with hearing loss/tinnitus about seeking treatment right away?
Randy : The number one thing I would tell, friends and family is don't hesitate. Do it. Now, it's only gonna get worse. It cannot get better. You can go to Heb Walmart, get all these drops and all these liquids and drops and stuff put in your, it doesn't work. These are what work these Hearing aids you need them from. Like I said, the within a minute, 30 seconds and I put them in my life changed and if you want your life to change, you need to come and experience this, your life will be changed immediately. I promise you.
