Speaker: Larry Willis
How painful, limiting, or life impacting was your hearing loss or tinnitus before visiting our office?
Larry Willis: Uh, it wasn't painful. I just hear a lot more now.
What are the positive changes in hearing, reduced tinnitus, improved memory, robust relationships you've experienced with treatment?
Larry Willis: I'm better able to interact with my kids and grandkids. I'm not always having to say. Huh. Huh. Huh. All the time. It was really frustrating for them and me.
What were your top concerns when deciding to treat your hearing loss?
How would you describe your treatment experience with Hearing and Brain Centers?
Larry Willis: Uh, the treatment was great. I had a hard time understanding it at first, but I'm very happy and well pleased and I can't say enough about how much the staff here. Everybody is helpful in making me here better.
How important was Dr. Darrow's book and pre-education to your treatment journey?
Larry Willis: Uh, to be honest, I did not read the book. My wife read it and she told me the importance of, uh, hearing loss and what problems you could get from it. And, uh, I'm glad she did and I'm glad I came to the center.
What is the #1 thing you would tell friends or family who struggle with hearing loss/tinnitus about seeking treatment right away?
Larry Willis: You really don't know what you're missing until you can hear again. And if I could tell anybody to make sure their hearing is good, I would do it and I definitely tell him to come here.
