How painful, limiting, or life impacting was your hearing loss or tinnitus before visiting our office?

I'd say my tinnitus was bad in my left ear. Um, I would consider it, it was pretty severe. Um, and my hearing loss also in my left ear was pretty severe.

What are the positive changes in hearing, reduced tinnitus, improved memory, robust relationships you've experienced with treatment?

Since my treatment, um, the tinnitus is almost, um, almost not noticeable. Um, especially if I have the hearing aids in, if I have mouth, it's still barely noticeable. Um, and the hearing is, um, I don't know, pretty, pretty normal.

What were your top concerns when deciding to treat your hearing loss?

My biggest concerns. Um, before starting treatment was I guess just my age and just, uh, embarrassed to kinda admit cause I feel like I'm still pretty young but, uh, it's helped, it's helped tremendously.

How would you describe your treatment experience with Hearing and Brain Centers?

Experience here has been great, um very, um, very thorough. Um and the results, the results are great.

How important was Dr. Darrow's book and pre-education to your treatment journey?

Uh to be honest, I didn't read the books but I did watch the videos and um it's very helpful. Um I didn't really know that uh the hearing loss or uh Tinnitus was linked to uh dementia. Um So that's uh very concerning. So.

What is the #1 thing you would tell friends or family who struggle with hearing loss/tinnitus about seeking treatment right away?

I'd say the number one, reason to get treatment right away, um, has been the, um, the recent, um, the recent, um, discovery, I guess that it's, that it's uh linked more and more to dementia.
