How painful, limiting, or life impacting was your hearing loss or tinnitus before visiting our office?
Dayna Barney: Ok. Um, my hearing, uh, before I got hearing aids was so bad I couldn't hear people talking to me in church or anything. And, uh, so I came here to see about getting my hearing aids and, and it has been great.
What are the positive changes in hearing, reduced tinnitus, improved memory, robust relationships you've experienced with treatment?
Dayna Barney: The positive changes that, uh, I have found since I got these hearing aids is I don't have any pain. I can't even feel them in my ears and to be able to hear conversations, even in a crowd has just been amazing and I can almost hear people whispering now. So it's been a great thing.
What were your top concerns when deciding to treat your hearing loss?
Dayna Barney: My top concern when deciding to treat my hearing loss was it was just getting worse as time progressed. I had to keep turning things up louder as time went on. I had to have people repeat themselves more often. And so I decided I definitely had to do something.
How would you describe your treatment experience with Hearing and Brain Centers?

How important was Dr. Darrow's book and pre-education to your treatment journey?
What is the #1 thing you would tell friends or family who struggle with hearing loss/tinnitus about seeking treatment right away?
Dayna Barney: The thing. Uh, I would tell my friends or family who struggle with hearing loss is, uh, to not keep putting it off because things do get worse and it has just helped me so much. I cannot stress enough what a difference it has made in my hearing from TV, to everything. So I wouldn't wait, I would get right to it on getting a hearing aid.
