How painful, limiting, or life impacting was your hearing loss or tinnitus before visiting our office?
Ann Elite: Before visiting the office. Uh, I could tell that my hearing was, um, a little bit noisy. What's going on with that.
What are the positive changes in hearing, reduced tinnitus, improved memory, robust relationships you've experienced with treatment?
Ann Elite: I have noticed that I have the reduced tetanus and, um, the hearing aids are helping.
What were your top concerns when deciding to treat your hearing loss?
Ann Elite: My concern was just making sure that, um, with having the noise and the, the, my hearing was better and that has, that has happened, it's gotten better.
How would you describe your treatment experience with Hearing and Brain Centers?
Ann Elite: My treatment experience went very well. I learned a lot and, um, they were very good at explaining things and it wasn't a very fast come in and find out and go. It took our time and it worked well. I'm happy with it.
How important was Dr. Darrow's book and pre-education to your treatment journey?
Ann Elite: Doctor Darrow's book was, um, I learned a lot by reading it and I'm, I was glad that I had that and I still have it and it went well.
What is the #1 thing you would tell friends or family who struggle with hearing loss/tinnitus about seeking treatment right away?
Ann Elite: I would tell my family and friends who have, uh, are struggling with hearing loss or tetanus. Um, it's important to get it treated and, and not let it keep getting worse.
