What have you been able to achieve since using HealthSnap's RPM/CCM platform and services?
Dr. Richard Bezozo: Using HealthSnap's remote patient monitoring platform has allowed us to better control our patients blood pressure.
What has exceeded your expectations since working with us?
Dr. Richard Bezozo: We previously worked with another remote patient monitoring platform and it was underwhelming to say the least HealthSnap has exceeded our expectations in assisting our patients with achieving their blood pressure goals.
What's the main reason you recommend our RPM or CCM program and services to a trusted colleague?
Dr. Richard Bezozo: If you are not utilizing remote patient monitoring for your hypertensive patients, then you are not properly treating your hypertensive patients. What we discovered is that often our patients are poorly controlled, their blood pressure in the office is is what it is. But when they go home, they stop taking their medicine or they're in a more relaxed environment. And what we see is their blood pressure is higher and often lower than what we would like it to be. So, by utilizing remote patient monitoring, we have actually significantly improved the outcome of our blood pressure treatment by tailoring the treatment based upon not only the blood pressure in the office but more significantly their blood pressures at home.
