Hello, my name is Stuart West. I'm the nurse manager for Nephrology Specialists, located in the Richmond, Virginia area. We have been with HealthSnap for about a year and a half now and we couldn't be happier. The team at HealthSnap has really worked with us on interfacing with our EMR and any problems or issues we have, they are right there to help us solve it. That program was set up as an addendum to our EMR and then we were having to rely on our front desk staff and our nursing staff to follow up with patients and enroll patients. And we are a small group. Our practice has right now seven providers and we have about five or six nurses. So we didn't have a lot of staff that was able to do all of the follow up that we needed. So when we found out about HealthSnap, we were really excited because they provide nursing staff and an enrollment staff and they help get all of that work done for us and then just maintain everything and then they let us know whenever our patients, spike alerts for their blood pressure or have gained too much weight for our fluid overload patients. We have exceeded our expectations. We realized patients are really good before they come into the office. So they get here and their blood pressure is good and everything seems fine. But when they go home, their blood pressure really isn't as well controlled as we would like it to be. And so this has afforded us the opportunity to see these outcomes and make changes to medications and help improve blood pressure numbers and hopefully this is helping to improve their kidney function. We would recommend a program like this to any of our colleagues because it's all about the patient and patient outcomes and we are seeing it firsthand how much it's helping our patients. We, you know, can't say enough about HealthSnap's platform and services. Their customer service is unparalleled. It's wonderful and their team there really helps and is friendly and kind and you know, nothing is out of reach with them. They really go the extra mile to make sure their customers are taken care of.
