Tell us how you have used HCP in your role to benefit your practice. Please provide examples.
Yvonne Zelepsky: Hi HCP has been wonderful for us. I feel that they are a very secure company which gives you a lot of guidance. All of the CP employees have been super helpful no matter what I have going on. I've been very, very happy with them.
How has HCP alleviated stress and impacted your personal role within your company? Provide examples.
Yvonne Zelepsky: I love how HCP has different, sections such as for your SRA to be completed with being the, the HIPAA compliance officer. That's a big weight on my mind. And I love that they keep me on track and help me make sure that I get it done by the end of the year. I love that the employees all have to do their annual mandatory trainings. And I love that there's one spot that you can put HIPAA incidents in and it's all tracked and you're good to go.
What is one of your favorite things about HCP?
Yvonne Zelepsky: I first heard about HCP at an AAOE conference a couple of years ago and as soon as I heard their presentation, I really thought I need to get a hold of them. They just seemed so good that I want to be with them. Um, so I've never regretted that decision ever. I really am comforted to know that if the OIG walked through my door, I really feel like I would be in good hands and they would be right there to help me.
