Tell us how you have used HCP in your role to benefit your practice. Please provide examples.
Leanne Wright: My name is Leanne Wright. I am the Director of Operations at Medical billing Management. We took on HCP Pros a little over a year ago. They have helped us in many different ways. One, we didn't know that we were missing quite a few documents that we should have um to protect our practice. So they helped us with those. Um They walked us through the process. They gave us a direct person to work with, who helped us complete the documents that we didn't have.
How has HCP alleviated stress and impacted your personal role within your company? Provide examples.
Leanne Wright: HCP has alleviated my stress in many ways. I do not have to keep track of people anymore. Um I don't have to see who's completed courses who's uh up to date with certifications. Um They remind me of anything I'm missing as far as my role, uh you know, documents being uploaded or forms needing to be filled out or things that have expired, that need to be updated so that everyday reminder, something I don't have to keep track of on my calendar. Takes away a lot of stress for me.
What is one of your favorite things about HCP?
Leanne Wright: So my favorite thing about HCP Pros would probably be the people. Um, I feel like since day one, we've had a great team to help us. We started out with Taylor Silva and she got promoted to another department. We were sad to see her go to another department, but the person that replaced her has been very nice. Um, they're all very helpful, very nice people. They, they really work with you if you don't understand something, they explain things. Um, and overall a great company to work with.
