Who are you and when did you start with Health with Bec?

Sally Tsalikidis : Hi, my name's Sally. I'm 50 almost 51. I live in Melbourne. I've got three kids, an 18 year old daughter and a 21 year old and 20 almost 23 year old son. I've started this, Health with Bec I think it was July. 2023

How did you feel before joining and why did you sign up?

Sally Tsalikidis : Prior to starting health with Bec, a couple of years prior I, I actually copped long COVID, which was terrible and that sort of went on for, just over a year, probably 13-14 months before I actually came good. But I'd put on, just over the few years, you know probably 10 kg that I didn't want. So, and I just was really sluggish and tired and bloated and, and, yeah, I used to be able to lose weight easily but things weren't moving, you know, and being 50 it's probably a bit tougher with us women. But, yeah. So that's why I decided to, join Health with Bec!

What's been your favourite result so far?

Sally Tsalikidis : For me the best part really. I mean, it probably shouldn't be but is losing the weight. And I, I, like, in the first week I lost 3 kg and it was just like it happened really quickly. and I ended up, I only sort of aimed to lose about 10, but I've lost 14, which I'm still in, you know, a good weight zone. I'm not underweight or anything like that. And I've, I've been, I've managed to maintain that. So the weight loss is fantastic but the feeling of less bloatedness and, and so much more energy I'm up every morning at 5.30-6, going for walks running. So, yeah, I, I just feel 100 times better.

How would you describe the experience compared to other diets?

Sally Tsalikidis : Health with Bec has honestly been, the best. I don't want to call it a diet cos it's not a diet. The best, weightless journey and just food journey I think I've ever done. I mean, I've tried a few different programs over the, you know, over many, many years. But I just, the food is like, beautiful and I don't, I'm not a great cook. So it's so good to get the inspiration of, you know, these recipes and then now I'm starting to mix and match and change things and do my own. Which, yeah, I'm loving it. I actually found it really, really easy you just need to plan, I think to, to be successful. The planning is the biggest thing, but I found it so easy. The food was so easy to eat and I, I have not been hungry once and I love that coffee. The um, Before you Speak coffee. Oh, my God it's so good!
