Pearson Story: Hey, what is up guys? This is Pierce. I am a Director of Business Development for a boutique investment, AmeriFunds Diversified Funding. I am part of The Collective here. We've been doing this since I think about a year, probably close to a year now. I'd say it's definitely worth money. Most valuable thing I've already learned so far—building pitch decks. I'm working with my father trying to slowly take over his company over a period of time. I have no clue the heck I'm doing. And if it really weren't for Havener, I'd have no clue how to talk with investors or potential investors even get started in the realm of doing that, how to market, how to build what a pitch deck is, how to build a pitch deck. Anything that's really critical for business. And I've even talked with my dad who's been doing this, well, he's been in securities for 37 years, but he's run his own company now for about 21 years now. And he said he wished he had this when he started. It's probably the most bang for buck you could ever possibly have when it comes to, you know, it's great for those who've been doing this for years and years and years. He's learning things, he's helping build his business up or build his website up to be a little bit prettier through some of the advice given. He's, we're rebuilding our pitch deck. We're kind of redoing the whole company almost, based on the ideas from the Havener group here. It's not just for people who have been in the business for a while, for those emerging, just getting started. It's definitely a good resource to use, learning things I would have never even thought of before. If it weren't for me taking this, I almost want to call it a class. It's a step by step on how to be successful. If you don't, if you follow it, it's hard not to be successful. It's probably a good way to put it. And I've already experienced some wins through it. I've gotten a few meetings with potential investors so far and I've been doing this for two months now and I've already got because of the stuff that I've been learning with. I've been playing catch up, but because of the stuff I've been learning through Stacy with Havener, and they're honestly the whole group. Within two months, I've already had three meetings with investors that have gone decently well. We're moving forward with getting, or we're starting to get started with a few things, getting to know each other. She goes through the whole thing. I don't want to spoil anything that, of importance that you learn through her course, or you know, Havener's course as a whole. But I definitely say worth the investment. Check it out if you have the time and money for it. And yeah, she's good stuff.
