Jay Vyas: Hi, Jay from Firinne Capital here. We're a boutique crypto asset management firm. As a small firm, we have to be thoughtful about where we allocate our resources. Joining The Boutique Investment Collective was by far the biggest bang for the buck of anything we've ever done and we couldn't be happier with our decision to be a part of it. We think it's a no brainer for any boutique investment manager to give a look at. As portfolio managers, researchers, and traders, the details of sales and marketing had always been a bit of a mystery to us. And as people talked about funnels and closings, it was kind of a black box. Stacy and her team have unpacked that box and laid out its contents as a set of discreet and repeatable tasks for us. Yes, we have to do the work, but it feels good to be doing work that we know is proven to lead to success as opposed to having to guess at what might work. Since joining The Collective, we've had a number of wins on a qualitative basis. We see that our engagement with our network is much better due to improved communications and a better LinkedIn presence. And at a quantitative basis, we finally got through what had been a sticking point for us in all our meetings with prospects that we never were able to kind of get to that closed decision. And very recently we did, so this is a big win for us. And I attribute a lot of it to the learnings from The Boutique Investment Collective. The meetings themselves are super fun and they're information rich. Stacy and her team give a lot of wisdom bombs as I like to call them for us to take away and think about. What has been a North Star for us at Firinne is one of the learnings and that's people do business with people. So that has influenced all our activities and our thinking at Firinne and it's been really helpful for us. Some other takeaways that have been really beneficial for us have been give, give, give, take. A truism is not a differentiator. Be different, not better. And don't pitch. In addition to the online world, the community translates to the real world. Recently, Firinne was in New York City and we connected with another Collective manager. And what I thought would be maybe a 15-minute coffee meeting turned into a really vibrant and deep 90-minute discussion and some real bonds were forged. So once again, we couldn't be happier with our decision to join The Boutique Investment Collective and I look forward to more learnings and successes. Thanks.
