Mrs Jacqueline stevens: Hi. I just thought, I'd like to review the Harrogate Organic Magnesium spray and the nat, the natural calm for a bright to you. I suffer with fibromyalgia and I have done for an awful long time now and I do get an awful lot of relapses and really bad pain. Um, I also suffer with arthritis. Um, and that also gives me a lot of pain as well. I've tried all sorts of things. Um, medications sprays, balms, you name it. I've tried everything. Um, I got so desperate. I saw an advert for the Harrogate Organics magnesium spray. I thought, oh, what help. Well, what, what help. But let's give it a go. So I did, I ordered it and I ordered the natural calm. I suffer with anxiety as well. I get a lot of fibro fog. I, I suffer a lot with stress due to not sleeping with the pain. So I thought, go on then give it a go. It was on offer. So it came and I thought, oh, great. I'll try it. So, the Harrogate Organic Magnesium spray, I thought. Right. I'll give it a go. So, before bed I, I tried it did what they said, put it in between the elbow creases. Also put it behind the knee joints. Um, I sprayed it everywhere where I get the really bad pain. My shoulder really, really bad. It really, really does give me a lot of jit. Um, I sprayed it on my legs. I suffer with rest, restless legs. You can use this anywhere. You have the pain. I put it on my back because I have really terrible pain on my back. Arthritis on my knee. I put it out on my knee also. I am not kidding you. I had the best sleep ever. The first night I used this and I'll tell you what, I will never, never stop using it. It is brilliant. I use it during the daytime as well. Whenever I start feeling the pain, this comes out, I spray it. It gives me really good relief and with the natural calm as well, it's really, really helped with the anxiety that I I suffer with. So I can't recommend this this more. I really can't. So I just wanted to come on and just review, give the give a really good review for this because it really, really does work. Mrs Jacqueline stevens: The products actually really helped me to get a good night's sleep. Um, it's eased my pains tremendously. Um, the first night I used it, I couldn't believe it. I slept right through the night. Um, it helps with the fibromyalgia. It helps with the osteoarthritis. It relieves the pain. Um, it gives me a good, I'd say three hours relief. Um, and then I use it again. Um, I can take it with me to work. Um, I spray it on my back. It helps with the restless legs. It's just brilliant. I love it.

Mrs Jacqueline stevens: I would, I would give this product a rating of 10 out of 10 and I would recommend it to everyone that suffers with fibromyalgia, arthritis or any restless leg syndrome. Anyone that has any aches and pains, I think it's brilliant.

Um, the pricing I think is reasonable. Um, and the products I think are brilliant. Um, I, I can't fault it. I really can't fault it. I've tried all sorts, um, everything that I've tried it not really helped as much as this, this product's helped me. Um, I mean, I'm using the spray that is brilliant and I'm using the Calm tablets and they are excellent. They really are. Um, I will continue to use these products because they really, really do help me and I think the price is very reasonable. Um, and I will continue to do it. Um, thank you, Harry Kate.
