Could you describe why you purchased our product? What was the issue?
Linda Greaves: Hi. Yeah, I love Harrogate Organics. The ladies in there are so helpful. The products are wonderful and I decided to treat myself to a, a mud mask. I think it's called that. Um, the only hard bit is trying to find 20 minutes to lie down and relax, but it's great stuff and that everyone is so helpful. They're not pushy and it was fantastic. Um, and I also have got the muscle balm for after the gym, which is really, just really nice and soothing. I love it. So, thank you everybody. You've got some great stuff. Um, and just keep going. Thank you.
What has been your experience with our product? How has it helped?
Linda Greaves: I use so many of your products. Now, I can't really comment on any one of them except I love your hand and body moisturizing lotion. It just sinks into your skin. It's got a very delicate smell and it just does the trick just like that and it lasts forever. It's just fantastic product. The muscle balm also is great for when I've got aching muscles after the gym. Um And I honestly, I think you're just wonderful. So, thank you.
How would you rate the product and/or would you recommend to a friend or family member?
Linda Greaves: I rate all of your products five out of five. I'm afraid all my girlfriends get something from you for their birthdays and Christmas, but they all love it. I keep telling them to go online but I don't think anyone has, sadly, but I'll just keep buying it and I just love your stuff. Um, I started to use a very expensive brands for a while and I thought, well, they're not doing anything really. So, your stuff is so affordable and excellent. Why would you bother? So, thank you.
4. Could you describe your overall experience with Harrogate Organics as well as the product?
Linda Greaves: I love your products. I love coming into your shop. The ladies there often remember me and ask how I am, which means an awful lot in these days when often you, no one even looks at you. So it's a real pleasure to come into your shop. Have a look at all the new products and you'll never pushed to buy anything. Um They're just lovely, so I can't thank you enough for, for being there. You're fantastic and I hope you go on to really great things. Thank you.
