Michael Nasti: In completing the application package for the Yvorra Leadership Foundation scholarship. I found it to be very easy. It's very straightforward. It's very well written. And you know, they're always reachable by phone or email to help you. Should you have any questions? But it's a very simple process. It was very easy and I enjoyed it.

Caleb McNeil: And essentially it starts by filling out a series of, I want to say it was five essays, essays, certainly take some self reflection. I think while the foundation is looking to make sure that you actually have good reason for why you are asking to receive funds. So those essays should reflect that, that you have a purpose that you have goals, that they're clear and that they match what the committee is looking for. that takes some time, but the essays aren't meant to be very long. So as long as you're have a little bit of ability to write, I think it's, it's nothing that terribly challenging. And the second important piece then is to really think about who you want, writing your reference letters. I think this is a really important piece of the process. So those people need to reflect the same things that you have chosen to write about, they need to understand what it is that you are trying to accomplish and be able to speak to how you will do that.

Daniel J. Hoy: So the application process to apply for a scholarship of the Yvorra Leadership Development Foundation is actually very, very simple, right? Probably the most complicated part if any is being able to translate a lot of what you see, what you know about yourself into words and, and sometimes that, can be a struggle to be able to actually take a minute and think to yourself. Who am I like? What have I done? Look back at the things you've done, look ahead at your goals, what you want to do, seek the advice of others and see what, what, what their impression is of you and use some of that. You're, you're required to submit three references. So I use some professional references of some leaders in our organization who I work with on a daily basis.

John Mower: Yes, with regard to completing the application package, it was fairly simple and straightforward really. I drafted my own letter and I reached out to a reference that I used which was the veteran administrator for the program that I've been enrolled in at Metropolitan College of New York. And he was more than willing to, to help me with that and provide a letter of recommendation. So, yeah, I encourage any anyone who's thinking about doing it to dive in, it is a fairly simple and straightforward process and good luck.
