Speaker: Lynne Holder

Lynne Holder: So I realized it was different from anything else I tried because within, I'd say 2 weeks, the bursitis was completely. Healed, not a bit of knee pain left.

Question 1 of 3: Describe a specific moment when your joint pain stopped you from doing something you love and how that felt.

Lynne Holder: Just a few months ago, I had a lot of pain in my left knee. And it was so bad that I couldn't walk normally. I had to hold my leg straight and just limp along. So I limped myself into the ortho urgent care and found out I had bursitis. In my knee, along the inside of my knee. It really. Made me sad because I do like to walk. I do like to hike. And so. I didn't have any options to relieve this problem except time. Ice and rest, which I didn't like.

Question 2 of 3: What made you finally try GLX3, and how soon did you realize it was different from everything else you’d tried?"

Lynne Holder: I tried GLX3 because I didn't have any other options, really. So I thought, well, I'll give it a shot and see if it's all that it's lived, it's a reputation. Or its manufacturers claim it to be. So I realized it was different from anything else I tried because within, I'd say 2 weeks, the bursitis was completely. Healed, not a bit of knee pain left. So, yeah, I would highly recommend it to anybody who's suffering from joint pain. And, and I might also mention, it also helped pain in my hip, which had been diagnosed with mild arthritic changes.

Last Question: Now that you're back in action, what’s the best part about having your life back?"

Lynne Holder: The best part about having my life back is movement without pain. I mean, who doesn't want that? It's fantastic because I do like to be outside, I like to be out in nature, so, I mean, no downsides. I still have. My mobility, which is important. I like to cook, so, The pain in my hands, I'd say is probably about 80 to 85% better. So it doesn't, it doesn't bother me using utensils and, knives anymore. So I'm gonna keep taking GLX3 and, hope that my hands follow my knee and my hips. So I'm very happy with it.
