Question 1 of 3: Describe a specific moment when your joint pain stopped you from doing something you love and how that felt.

Erin Kleopa: I started obstacle course racing when I was in my late 30s. Now I'm in my early 40s, and it was definitely such a bummer to have joint pain hold me back from my training plan or, to be causing me suffering during a race endeavor, something that I knew could probably be prevented or helped. And so being kept from something that I love and having it be like a painful thing to go through just in order to achieve my goal, was definitely such a bummer and so, so discouraging.

Question 2 of 3: What made you finally try GLX3, and how soon did you realize it was different from everything else you’d tried?"

Erin Kleopa: My chiropractor slash nutritionist that I have worked with for years always encourages me to take omega-3s to help my joints, and I've gone in and out of trying different fish oils over the years and continued to take them on and off just because I knew they were supposed to be good for me, but never really noticed any distinct changes from taking them. However, after I started GLX3 over a year ago, I've definitely had way fewer chiropractor appointments for my number one concern, which are my SI joints, Way fewer. So I wouldn't say it was like a night and day difference after I started taking it, but since I've been taking it for such a long period of time now, I can say cumulatively, , that I've definitely seen an improvement in my joint health. So, that is a total win.

Last Question: Now that you're back in action, what’s the best part about having your life back?"

Erin Kleopa: I have to say it is such a gift to be able to wake up in the morning and not have to wonder before I sit up, am I going to feel pain? Cause that became my habit, many years ago. But I can say now that when I wake up in the morning, it is not a thought in my brain that I might feel something when I get out of bed. So that is truly such a gift to be able to go through my day to day busy life. Not having to worry about joint pain and also to follow through on all of my physical endeavors, my training plans, my training, end goals, and not have to worry that, my joint pain might end up holding me back and I might not make it. So, such a gift.
