Charlie maskell: I've really learned a lot. Rob's been a great teacher, I have a lot more confidence, but also Rob's taught me that my whole life doesn't need to be in the gym lifting weights. There's a lot more to to life, I can enjoy myself, I can eat what I want, I can drink what I want, I can go and do things. I don't need to be in the gym every day for hours a day. It's only a few hours a week and I look better than ever.
Jamie Salazar: I've been working out with Robert Habib at Habib [Health and] Fitness for about 3.5 years. The reason why I got started with Robert I was in a lot of pain with my neck and my shoulders and just had a baby.
Jamie Salazar: I needed to try anything to get rid of my pain, and since I've been working out, that's exactly what's happened.
is that I wanted to do some strength training but get some instruction on how to do it safely and properly. And rob has been able to do just that For me.
I really enjoyed working with him. He keeps it interesting. The workouts are different every day and I really feel like it's it's giving me some great results and I would recommend them to anyone.
