Please introduce yourself and tell us why you started working out with Rob and if you'd recommend Habib Health and Fitness to other people.
Robin Meyer: Hi, I'm Robin. I've been working out with Robert for a couple of months now. Um, the reason I started going to Robert was based on a recommendation from a neighbor. Uh, the reason I wanted to start working out was as I got older, I noticed myself losing a lot of muscle mass just didn't feel as strong as I used to. Um, and while I continued to get cardio, I felt that it was a little more important to work on my muscles and strengthen my body. So, been doing that for a couple of months now. Very happy with the results. I'm not trying to bulk up. I'm just trying to get stronger. Um, I feel better. I'm sleeping a lot better at night and I have, I recommend these workouts. Um, Robert's a great trainer. He personalizes every session. He pushes you when you don't want to keep going. But, um, he's really amazing. He's a great guy. He's very, super nice. He's got a great personality. He's a great trainer as well. And I highly recommend him
