Please introduce yourself and tell us why you started working out with Habib Health and Fitness.
Jamie Salazar: Hi, my name is Jaime Salazar. I've been working out with robert Habib and Habib Health and Fitness for about 3.5 years. Uh The reason why I got started with robert. Um I was in a lot of pain with my neck and my shoulders and just had a baby, so not only did I wanna lose weight and get back in shape, Um I needed to, you know, try anything uh to get rid of my pain, and since I've been working out, that's exactly what's happened. As long as I'm consistent working out 2-3 times a week, it seems that my pain is kept at Bay, which is awesome.
Please describe your experience working with Rob and Habib Health and Fitness.
Jamie Salazar: working out with rob um It's been great you know just um motivates me and pushes me to do more um to lift more weights and just um really focuses on the areas that you know he knows that cause me issue or cause me pain. Um whenever you know if I get knee pains or anything like that, you know I let them know um We we just work harder on other areas that will help strengthening um you know like my hamstrings, my glutes etcetera, that will help with that pain, uh same thing with my neck and shoulders. So. Yeah no it's been awesome. Uh It's been great to work out with rob and uh look forward to continuing to work out and train. He's been awesome.
What have you learned, accomplished, and how has your life changed while working out with Rob and Habib Health and Fitness?
Jamie Salazar: All right, so what have I learned from Mr rob as my daughter, Soraya likes to call him um You know, over the last 3.5 years the workouts have been great. Um I've lost £27 I've grown stronger, you know, I've built muscle um staying motivated and consistent and just continuously, you know, working through um the different muscle areas, you know, where where my weaknesses as far as my pain um and and as you know, pain starts to creep in what areas to you know, work on to strengthen. For instance, like my knees, if I have knee pain, you know, we he he'll have me stop doing whatever I'm doing and we'll immediately start strengthening up glutes and hamstrings and those things are important to keep the need pain obey. Um Same thing with my neck and shoulders and working my, you know, um back and strengthening the muscles up there, which also helps with the pain. So I can't say enough, it's been great. I love working out with rob and you know, I look forward to many more workouts. Thanks
