Please introduce yourself and tell us why you started working out with Rob and if you'd recommend Habib Health and Fitness to other people.
Ezzy: Hi, my name is Ezy and, um, I have been training with Rob for a little bit less than a year. I was looking for someone to initially help me out with structuring a workout regimen and kind of a strict workout routine that would help me achieve my goals, you know, like just fat loss, toning and getting stronger in the gym. And since starting, I've seen tremendous progress that, you know, really exacerbated what I could do in the gym, you know, keeps me accountable nutrition wise, helps me, you know, push farther than I thought I could and really surprise myself with how much I could actually do, you know, lifting and cardio and all those combinations. And it really opened my eyes to, um, how much you could actually do in terms of fitness and like cardio doesn't have to mean treadmill. It could mean, you know, an hour of basketball or anything like that. So, Rob is really, really good at, you know, accommodating to what your needs would be whatever you're going through or whatever, uh, you know, special things you need tailored to your workout regimen.
