What is your biggest win since working with Gymnastics Mindset Academy?
Evelyn : My biggest win since working with Gymnastics Mindset Academy is allowing my emotions to be there and not let it affect my practice. This has made my practice is more fun and enjoyable. And before I know this practice was not as fun and I got frustrated at times.
What is one thing you have learned since working with Gymnastics Mindset Academy?
Evelyn : One thing that I have learned since working with Gymnastics Mindset Academy is learning to trust myself in every little thing I do. I know I will continue through with trusting what I say. I'm gonna do no matter what.
What is your favorite part about working with Gymnastics Mindset Academy?
Evelyn : My favorite part about working with Gymnastics Mindset Academy is being able to meet with Stacie every week. I've been doing that for about two years and I look forward to getting coached on and getting advice. Also love the weekly workout calls because it allows me to connect with other gymnasts that are going through the same thing.
