Speaker: Bart P.

Tell us about your Guitar journey before you discovered Steve Stine and GuitarZoom.

Bart P.: Let's see telling you about my guitar journey. My guitar journey is mainly because I am a Christian man and I want to praise God with music. So guitar is something I really like. I like the genre of heavy metal or hard rock, but I'm having a hard time playing it. I find myself having to go back and learn everything all over again. I have two guitars. I have a Schecter which is a pretty nice guitar. I kind of got car salesman pushed into that one. It's a $700 guitar normally at guitar center and they sold it to me on, well that's what you need to play heavy metal. So I got it. But when I started the lessons, I noticed that I think I need something a little different more acoustics. So I got my Kona acoustic electric. And it's a slim line. It's a lot nicer and I can find, I can hear what I'm trying to play a lot better. I really appreciate Steve because he's encouraging when he tries to teach us the lessons that we do there, I don't know how to explain it. He's really encouraging. You know if you have to take extra time on a certain note or a certain chord or something like that, Don't feel ashamed because I'm not getting it. Well, no, just practice until you do get it and I like that because sometimes I can be really hard on myself. I'm looking forward to finishing the course. I have learned quite a bit right now, like I said in my comment before, I'm really wanting to learn all my cords and get them down right and learn how to transition them better. I am currently studying one of his other videos that was on strength. It's different. My left hand is a little bit weaker than my right of course, because I'm right hand dominant, so that's being a challenge. But at any rate, I'm really glad I found Steve Stine's system because I have another one guitar mastery method that I'm part of two, but they're teaching more of the in depth stuff that, you know, you need to already be a player for which I'm not yet. I'm really appreciative though of Steve Stine and I'm thankful for his system and thank you guys for having it on here. Have a blessed day.

How would you describe the results you’ve seen in your personal playing and learning of the guitar?

Bart P.: How would I describe my results? They're going trying to work and everything and balance everything out. I don't have time to practice every single day, if I'm being honest. But, I am getting some results and I'm happy about that. I'm thankful for that, and I look forward to being able to play soon. Hopefully. Thanks for listening.

What was something you didn't expect from GuitarZoom that really surprised you?

Bart P.: What was something I didn't expect from GuitarZoom and probably the ease of being able to use it and study it at my own pace. Instead of trying to cram everything into a specific schedule, that makes things a lot easier for me.

If you have to compare GuitarZoom to any other alternative, what would you say?

Bart P.: If I had to compare GuitarZoom to any other alternative, most of them I've looked into don't really start from straight ground zero beginner. Whereas GuitarZoom allows me to start there, which is a plus for me. I've had a lot of trouble in the past keeping things in my head so, and then I can also go back and look at things over and over and over if I need to, which so far I haven't, which is a blessing. But that would be what I would compare GuitarZoom with any other place you can go in that you can go and do from straight beginner to not knowing anything to full on learning guitar. And that's a plus for me. Thanks.

What would you say to someone who's thinking of signing up for a GuitarZoom Course?

Bart P.: What I'd say to someone who's thinking about signing up for GuitarZoom, I think you have nothing to, you know, nothing to fear. You definitely have a lot to gain. It's worth looking into and it's worth trying, I think it's definitely a good, a good course. Trying to figure out exactly everything I would say. I mean GuitarZoom gives you the chance to learn at your own pace, at your own time, regardless of what that is, you can be at 3:00 AM, get online and go, it's whatever you want it to be, and that's a massive blessed with me. So thank you.
