Can you share a little about your background and experience? What led you to join GTS Transportation as a remote team member?
Tanja Todorova: Hi, my name is Tanya Todorova. I'm a remote worker for GTS Windom leasing from Macedonia. When I saw the job advertisement from GT si, knew it would be a good fit for me.
How have you found your experience working remotely for GTS so far? What aspects of the job do you enjoy the most?
Tanja Todorova: I find my experience working for GTS quite good and I enjoy working with the team.
What motivates you to stay with GTS, and how do you feel about the company's culture and support for remote employees?
Tanja Todorova: What motivates me to stay with GTS is that my work aligns with my skills, career goals and personal interests.
