Can you share a little about your background and experience? What led you to join GTS Transportation as a remote team member?
Rezarta Kadriu: Hello, I'm Rezarta Kadriu I'm 29 years old. I am from Kosovo. I have finished my master degree in the field of bank finance and accounting. My first work was an it distributor company. I have worked there for three years as sales assistant. Then they proposed me marketing manager position. And after that I left because of lower salary and other conditions. Then I have started in GTS. My sister was working here first. Then she moved to Germany and proposed me to join this position. I have accepted it with so much pleasure. I'm working here as dispatcher assistant for three years in GTS. First, I have start with one dispatcher first month. Then because of good work, they have add me to other dispatchers. And by the end of the year, I was entering loads for four dispatchers as a dispatcher assistant. My main tasks are to complete data entry for truck dispatcher, to communicate with dispatchers and internal staff from other departments to update brokers with driver location and status of drivers and other responsibilities. Remote work allows me to create my own schedules which can help me balancing my work and personal life. This flexibility can lead me to reduce stress and do my job greater. Thank you very much.
