Can you share a little about your background and experience? What led you to join GTS Transportation as a remote team member?
Noah Craig : Hi. Noah, here, this is my fourth year in the logistics industry. I worked for half a year as a dispatcher for the giver and I worked for two years as an account manager for the brokerage. And I'm with GTS for more than 15 months as of right now. I have a friend of mine working here and I heard really good things about the GTS. So I decided to join and experience it myself.
How have you found your experience working remotely for GTS so far? What aspects of the job do you enjoy the most?
Noah Craig : I do really enjoy working for GTS remotely as it is very quiet, working from home and I can set up everything I need in my own way. What aspects of the job do you enjoy the most? Probably. I will say it's my team and working for the, with the customers and trying to provide the best service we can on the market.
What motivates you to stay with GTS, and how do you feel about the company's culture and support for remote employees?
Noah Craig : I'm being motivated by the great team that I'm a part of and the fact that we are not imposed by some rigid rules and we can have a free approach to solve any problem that can arise.
Looking ahead, what are your career goals, and how do you see yourself growing within the company?
Noah Craig : My main career goal is to keep improving my skills, take more responsibility within the company and be relevant to the company and to be a part of GTS family as long as possible.
